Voter turnout in 2024 was 64%. Over 88 million eligible voters didn’t vote. Nonvoters cite feeling like their vote wouldn’t matter, that there is little difference between the two major parties and that this uniparty represents its donors, not voters. Over the last couple of years we have learned that AIPAC has bought off nearly every member of Congress and interferes with US elections.

Younger U.S. voters are rejecting both parties and going independent.
Just one-third of baby boomers said they were independent in 2025 Gallup polling, compared to 54% of millennials and 56% of Gen Z. 42% of Generation X identifies as political independents.
The big picture: Americans were evenly split between the two major political parties (27% each) — but a plurality (45%) now identifies as independent.

US citizens have to fight for transparency from our government while it violates our privacy and Fourth Amendment rights on a regular basis via the Surveillance state! Our elected officials must have an understanding of technology and cybersecurity in order to fulfill the oath of office to uphold the constitutional rights of citizens.

Public records and FOIA requests are often long, arduous processes that frequently result in nothing but heavily redacted documents! What recourse do we then have? Taking it to court, which costs $$$! Meanwhile, Big Tech is used to surveil and collect data on law-abiding citizens without a warrant. This is backwards!

On January 14, 2026, the Supreme Court ruled in Bost v. Illinois Board of Elections that federal candidates have standing to challenge rules governing elections, prior to an election. Candidates will need to work with reputable election security experts to ensure they are not drawn into frivilous litigation.
Voting machines with proprietary software, gerrymandered districts by partisan players, and taxpayer-funded primaries that shut out Independents do not reflect the will of the people.
Without Evidence-Based Elections, we cannot definitively prove the accuracy of our elections. This does NOT mean there is fraud in every election. However the potential for election manipulation exists due to the lack of transparency and security. This gives rise to voter mistrust of the system and allows theories of election fraud to flourish. Most recently, a pattern in the 2024 election referred to as “drop offs” was pushed as evidence of election fraud when in fact Independent split-ticket voting was prevalent across the country. The genocide in Gaza and the economy explained this voter behavior.
Our tax dollars fund HAVA, the Help America Vote Act, which funds the purchase of expensive voting machines with proprietary software! Do you know which systems are in place in your district?
Citizens can have an impact on the decisions made by their local Board of Elections. A voting methodology designed to facilitate election integrity could be built to specifications by any vendor and would cost a fraction of what is currently spent. The solution is simple!
Who are the judges in your district and on your ballot? Have these judges ruled to uphold the law and protect the rights of citizens?
